Shortlist announced for the 2022 ScotlandIS Digital Technology Awards

ScotlandIS has today announced the shortlist for its 12th annual Digital Technology Awards 2022, sponsored by Addleshaw Goddard.

The Awards showcase excellence within the industry, rewarding the innovation, expertise and ambition of companies across the breadth of Scotland’s digital sector.

Following a successful virtual event in 2021, the Awards will be held in person once more for the first time in three years, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow on 12th May. Several new award categories have been introduced for 2022, including Climate Champion, Open Source Contribution and Best Workplace.

The theme of Digital Tech this year is ‘Blast from the Past’ – offering a little nostalgic throwback to Awards gone by for those that attend on the night.

Karen Meechan, CEO of ScotlandIS, commented: “Scotland’s position as a leading tech ecosystem and a hub for innovation is continuing to flourish, and our Awards endeavour to celebrate all those companies and individuals that are helping drive the growth of the sector.

“It is wonderful to be able to hold our Digital Technology Awards in person once again, to truly recognise the continuing strengths and achievements of our industry in spite of a difficult few years.”

The judging panel consisted of experts, champions, and influencers from across the digital technology industry.
