Cloudsoft, the innovative Edinburgh-based automation software and expert-led services firm has launched a third business unit – Fusion.
Fusion responds to growing customer desire to deliver integration between cloud and enterprise services and will be headed by Vicky Glynn, formerly Cloudsoft’s Head of Strategic Growth, who brings 20 years of IT industry experience.
For a number of years, the firm has been working closely with AWS to build the Service Management Connector for ServiceNow, and was named an official Launch Partner at AWS re:Invent 2021. Over the last 24 months the team has more than doubled to support increased demand for customised integrations between AWS and ServiceNow for a number of global enterprises.
CEO Ross Gray said: “The success of our relationship with AWS, and the increased demand for integration between cloud and enterprise technologies like ServiceNow, means this is an opportune moment to launch Cloudsoft Fusion. This new offering complements our existing product portfolio – our enterprise automation software, Cloudsoft AMP, and our AWS cloud consulting services, Cloudsoft Tempo. I look forward to our continued growth across all three areas”.
Vicky Glynn said: “Cloud adoption is constantly growing with demand coming from teams across the enterprise. Integrations empower these teams by allowing them to self-serve, speedily through their familiar ITSM tools. Cloudsoft Fusion offers skilled end-to-end expertise which helps to overcome traditional challenges such as complexity of IT estates and the lack of internal skills and resources to build these integrations.”
