Employees who are worried about money are much more likely to develop poor mental health. And if someone has poor mental health it can lead them to struggle to deal with their finances. This link can lead to a vicious cycle that’s hard to escape.
As the cost of living crisis has spread its tentacles in recent times, more and more workers are being drawn into financial difficulties, even those on high salaries.
What can employers do to help?
This livestream is being hosted by Raiys ahead of World Mental Health Day 2025 which is raising awareness of mental health in the workplace.
We will be joined by our Wellness Director Craig Lewis, and Antony Price from the free debt advice service PayPlan, to discuss the types of financial challenges employees might face during their careers and the steps you can take to support them.
It is aimed at managers and is designed to give you practical advice that you can take back to use in your workplaces.
Book your place to join the discussion.
