ScotlandIS member, DeepMiner, has been named as a finalist for the Start-Up of the Year Award at the British Data Awards 2025.
The Aberdeen-based firm specialises in artificial intelligence and machine learning for data analysis and decision-making, using deep learning algorithms and advanced data mining techniques to extract insights from complex and large-scale data sets.
Now in its fifth year, the British Data Awards received a record of 448 entries, with the shortlist including a host of notable companies from start-ups, not-for-profits, public sector organisations, SMEs, tech unicorns and FTSE 100 giants.
DeepMiner has also been shortlisted for the ScotlandIS Digital Technology Awards 2025, in the category of Data Trailblazer.
