Legal firm Addleshaw Goddard has undertaken a survey on “The Workspace Debate”.
They surveyed 500 businesses in Scotland on what they want and need from the workspace of today.
It revealed that the key factor 95% of businesses want from their workspace is internet connectivity, ahead of a range of other considerations such as price or a good parking space.
“We were quite surprised by the results, as occupier and investor activity for clients across all the workspace classes has been rising throughout the Central Belt over the last 6 months – often to more modern and higher quality workspaces.”
