East Kilbride-based Eureka Solutions has partnered up with AFD as part of a strategic move to enhance its Sage 200 cloud accounting solution.
AFD, also known as The Postcode People, will fortify Eureka Solutions’ cloud accounting solution with an innovative Lookup and Validate Add-on.
According to Eureka, the integration of AFD’s data verification tools can eradicate human errors in data input tasks such as stock control, order processing, and invoicing.
The Lookup and Validate Addon automatically cross-checks and validates critical details, including bank information, addresses, and contact information, minimising manual errors and ensuring data accuracy.
“We’ve created a seamless way for users to verify critical contact and payment information,” said Mike Hall, Eureka Solutions head of product.
“With a click of a button, Sage 200 users can now automatically populate address details, validate the accuracy of emails and phone numbers and confirm bank account details. This will help eliminate manual errors, reduce duplicate records, ensure timely customer communication, and prevent failed payments to suppliers due to incorrect data.”
Eureka Solutions says it plans to merge this with its existing portfolio of business software solutions which already includes Oracle NetSuite, iplicit, and its bespoke integration tool, Besyncly.
The partnership targets growing businesses seeking to migrate financial processes from entry-level systems to robust cloud-based solutions.
