The Future of Work Scotland team are delighted to be bringing you a session with Tendayi Viki the author of “Pirates in the Navy”
It was Steve Jobs who said it is better to be a pirate than to join the navy – However, for Intrapreneurs who work inside large companies, this distinction between being a pirate and joining the navy does not work very well. We have to innovate within the large organisations that we work for. In other words, we are Pirates In The Navy!
This webinar focuses on how Intrapreneurs can drive the transformation of their companies into innovation engines. The secret to all this? Not all pirates are the same. Join us to find out more!
Learning Objectives:
What can our attendees expect to take away from the session?
How to move innovation beyond one-off projects and make it a repeatable process
How innovation teams can gain legitimacy within the company to drive innovation

How innovators can sustain the momentum of change over time
