Craneware will be leading our next SELF group, taking place in Edinburgh on 29th October.
The quarterly S.E.L.F group provides a forum for software engineering leaders, CIO’s and CTO’s across the Scottish tech sector to share ideas and explore common challenges. The meetups also provide opportunities for informal mentoring and potential opportunities for joint working.
This presentation showcases the value of Architecture Governance in a software company, highlighting how it provides a holistic and unbiased perspective that supports informed decision-making.
Maggie Tubassum, Vice President of Platform Engineering at The Craneware Group, will explore the benefits of implementing Architecture Governance, and show how it serves as a critical tool for balancing technical and feature priorities within the organization. Maggie will introduce The Craneware Group’s ‘Tech Radar’ and ‘Architectural Assessments’ and demonstrate how adopting an evidence-based approach can enhance performance, strengthen security, improve company culture, optimize resource allocation, and establish clear technical direction.
