Intelligent Growth Solutions was recognised at the Insider Deals and Dealmakers Awards 2022, which took place last week.
The 24th annual celebration of Scotland’s biggest and best corporate finance transactions took place in Glasgow on 24th August, in a black tie ceremony and gala dinner.
Intelligent Growth Solutions took home the award for Early Stage Deal of the Year, for its £42m Series B fundraise.
Congratulations also to ScotlandIS members, PwC and Addleshaw Goddard, that received the awards for Corporate Finance Team of the Year and Legal Advisor of the Year respectively.
