ScotlandIS member, LastingAsset, is a finalist at the UK-wide Santander X Awards.
Competing in the University category, the Edinburgh Napier spinout was shortlisted into the top 100 companies out of 1,580 applicants from across the UK (and over 900 applicants in their category).
The shortlisted businesses attended the semi-finals pitch day at the Kia Oval in London this week, with LastingAsset then being selected into the final 6 for universities.
The fraud-detection solution provider took part in the ScotlandIS Cyber Showcase last year, where Commercial Champion Nanik Ramchandani underwent pitching coaching before presenting LastingAsset’s solutions to a room full of investors and industry experts. The team joined ScotlandIS at our pavilion at International Cyber Expo London this past September, where another investor pitch took place.
It’s been a busy year for LastingAsset as they then went on to be accepted onto the Barclays Eagle Labs Global Connect programme, the Fintech Fast Pass programme, the RBS Enterprise Accelerator, and won the Cisco Future Tech Award at the Converge Challenge.
LastingAsset will now be going on to pitch at the Santander X final on the 7th December in Milton Keynes.
