The UWS Centre for Continuing Professional Development have launched their Annual Skills Survey in a bid to pinpoint existing skills gaps across a variety of sectors.
Building on their 2024 survey, the UWS CPD Team are keen to further understand where employees need additional expertise to meet industry demands and respond to technological advancements.
The survey explores key areas such as preferred delivery styles, the appropriate level of training, and any barriers that may be preventing businesses from accessing the right training solutions such as funding or ability to release staff to undertake professional development activity.
The survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
