Sopra Steria have become the latest partner to pledge their support to the “Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation” leadership coaching programme.
Scheduled to run between April-June, the programme aims to build a collaborative and powerful community of emerging women leaders in digital transformation roles across all industry sectors and is supported by ScotlandIS, The Scottish Government and Scottish Digital Academy.
Commenting on their decision to back the programme, Sopra Steria’s Director of Citizen and Devolved Government Services, Mags Moore says, “Sopra Steria is thrilled to support ‘Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation’, a proactive initiative to nurture female managers into confident, capable and motivated leaders. This course will support participants to find their own authentic style of leadership and create an enduring support network. We are proud to continue supporting initiatives that inspire us in our professional and personal lives and help empower these leaders to make a real difference.”
Mags Moore joins the ScotlandIS Interim Chief Exec, Karen Meechan and Joy Bramfitt-Wanless, Head of Digital Transformation Service at The Scottish Government on the Programme Panel, which will help to select the cohort of participants from nominations representing public, private and third sector organisations across Scotland.
All participants to the programme take part free of charge and must be nominated by a mentor or “sponsor” within their organisation. With the deadline for nominations fast approaching on the 10th of February, interested organisations and individuals are encouraged to submit their nominations soon.
